With over 50 years in real estate transactional experience, Mohamed Punjani serves as the strategic adviser providing substantial support and guidance to the team. Given his semi-retired status, Mohamed chooses to spend much of his time as a community advocate and philanthropist. Mohamed has founded charitable foundations throughout the world and continues to give back to the community in Canada, the United Kingdom, as well as his birthplace in Africa.

Shafiq Punjani

Shafiq Punjani currently oversees all operational aspects of the Bridlepath Properties group. Shafiq has extensive experience in all types of real estate transactions with a strong track record in commercial property. Additionally, Shafiq has managed various other businesses of the Punjani family throughout the globe over the last 25 years, since graduating with a Master’s degree in Finance from the London School of Economics. Taking in his father’s footsteps, Shafiq is also avidly involved with philanthropic and community activities, highlighted by a position on the Board of Directors of the Scarborough Hospital Foundation. Shafiq is also the Treasurer of the DUKE Heights Business Improvement Area, where he is providing his services, in a voluntary capacity, to help transform this key location in North York, Ontario.
