The Heritage Complex is a high visibility office development, minutes away from the Toronto Pearson Airport. The building is a 4 storey, multi-tenant, 200,000 square foot office complex with a unique campus feel. Since initial investment, the value of the building has increased significantly, with recent sales within the complex going for over 70% of the purchase price of Bridlepath Properties, on a per square foot basis.
